For a long time non-status (or self-cert) mortgages were not available in Spain. We are now pleased to be able to offer non-status loans for either new purchase or equity release.

Mortgages of up to 50% of the value of your property are now available without the need to show proof of your income. All that is required is a copy of your passport and a declaration that you have an income and can afford the repayments.

There is an option to pay interest-only for up to 5 years. The maximum mortgage available is 200.000€ which can be repaid over 7-30 years (dependant on your age).
